What I found (checked 3 November 2026)
- I could not confirm who owns King Johnnie: reviews name EuropeanSlots Ltd, Nilix Limited, LuckyDays N.V. and TF Castle Ltd.
- Johnnie Kash Kings is the closest related brand: reviews link the names, the branding overlaps, and searches for “johnnie kash kings” rose about 900% year on year.
- One independent review infers Johnny Kash, Wild Card City and House of Jack as sister brands, but says so without confirmation.
- Without a regulator record, no King Johnnie sister site is confirmed.
Who owns King Johnnie?
The honest answer is that nobody I can check says. A sister site is a casino run by the same company under the same licence, so the starting point is the licensee. For King Johnnie, every source gives a different one:
| Company named | Detail given | Source |
|---|
| EuropeanSlots Ltd | Malta, company no. C63385 (a company number, not a licence) | CasinoAudit |
| Nilix Limited | No detail | Review pages |
| LuckyDays N.V. | ”Registered under the laws of Curaçao” | Review pages |
| TF Castle Ltd | ”Based in Curaçao” | Review pages |
| None | ”No named legal entity, company number or address” | Independent AU review (July 2026) |
King Johnnie's site returned "access denied" from my connection, so I could not read its footer. Several of the pages naming an operator are low-quality or auto-generated, which is why I do not pick one.
In practice: if you cannot name the company, you cannot find its other casinos, and you cannot complain to its regulator.
Johnnie Kash Kings and the King Johnnie family
The one link with several independent signals is Johnnie Kash Kings (also written Johnnie Kash and Kash Kings).
- Searches. Google Keyword Planner shows 100 to 1,000 monthly Australian searches for “johnnie kash kings”, up about 900% on the year, and Google Trends lists it as a rising query next to “king johnnie”.
- Reviews. An independent review describes King Johnnie as a rebrand of Johnny Kash; Johnnie Kash Kings review pages describe the same pattern of fast crypto and slow bank payouts.
That is consistent with one brand family, but it is not proof of one operator.
Possible sister sites
| Casino | Link to King Johnnie | Status |
|---|
| Johnnie Kash Kings | Shared name, rebrand claim | Likely related, owner unconfirmed |
| Johnny Kash | Named as King Johnnie’s earlier brand | Inferred by one review |
| Wild Card City | Listed as a sister brand | Inferred by one review |
| House of Jack | Listed as a sister brand | Inferred by one review |
"Inferred" means the review itself says the link is not confirmed. I repeat these names only so you can recognise them, not as a recommendation.
Sister sites and the ACMA block
ACMA blocks domains, not companies. Its February 2021 announcement named King Johnnie, and reviews report later King Johnnie domains on ACMA’s lists. A related brand on a new domain may load where King Johnnie does not, but it carries the same legal position: offering online casino games to Australians is illegal under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and ACMA can block it too.
Self-exclusion across sister sites
Closing or excluding yourself at King Johnnie does not automatically cover Johnnie Kash Kings or any other related brand, and BetStop does not cover offshore casinos. If you are stepping away, ask each casino in writing, and use your bank’s gambling block on top.
How to check who owns a casino
- Scroll to the footer and note the company name and licence number.
- Look the number up on the regulator’s own site (for Curaçao, the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register).
- Check which domains the licence record lists. Those are confirmed sister sites.
- If the footer has no number, or the number is not on the register, treat ownership as unknown.
King Johnnie alternatives that are not sister sites
All three casinos I compare are run by companies you can name, under licences printed or recorded:
| Casino | Operator | Licence |
|---|
| Aerobet | Hazy Ltd | Anjouan ALSI-152406050-FI4 |
| Winberry | 3-102-937610 SRL | Anjouan ALSI-202510054-FI2 |
| MateSlots | Stable Tech N.V. | Curaçao OGL/2024/161/0191, on the regulator’s record |
Sources I used
I accessed the King Johnnie sources on 3 November 2026; the alternatives’ terms come from my checks on 21–27 October 2026.
